Description: |
- Installed MQSeries in a clustered environment. Created Queue Manager Clusters, Cluster Channels and multiple queue instances to provide for Fail Over and Scalability. Configured and managed Broker Domain, Execution Groups and Message Flows. Trace/debug message flow problems. Developed high-availability solutions for MQSeries, WBI and enterprise applications to facilitate 99.998% uptime using network layer clustering (virtual hostname, IP and ARP table updates) and application connection pooling (client channel table rollover, high-availability JMS, etc).
- Implemented & Configured SAN (Storage Area Network) by using Fiber channel Technology for the LAN free Backup’s, used EMC Symmetrix 3000 storage systems and VERITAS Netback up
- Recommended upgrade of CPU, External DASD based on the review of existing VM/VSE system definition. Implemented new upgrades by configuring, installing and data transfer to new release of VM and VSE to new DASD. Configured Device addresses, Volids and created new IOCDS. Regular backups using Veritas net backup. Administered Disk resources, Disaster Recovery, Managed Fault tolerance, file systems and partitions. Managed network security, report generation and System Integration troubleshooting.

- Provided technical expertise and guidance on integration approaches, process re-engineering and design. Mentored consultants and customers in the use of WebSphere solutions to solve enterprise scale business process challenges
- Worked with business analysts as well as use cases to implement best integration approaches Architect/Design integration based solutions: Service Oriented Architecture, connectivity between heterogeneous systems, WebServices, extending EIS (ERP, CRM, etc…) to other environments such as Portals, J2EE based applications, etc.
- Developed web pages using Servlets, JDBC, IBM UDB/DB2 and Velocity Macros with HTML and JavaScript. The Application Server was Web Sphere and development tool was IBM Visual Age. Handled Security issues related to access of the application from the Dealer Connect portal based on pre-determined security policies.
- Customized SAP MM/FI/CO module .Identified the existing business model of Chrysler Corporation SSAP Project and developed a new customer service model to suit the client requirements. Integrated the MM/FI/CO/PA modules and performed Integration testing of the Business Process and configuration. Customized the IDOC by copying ACLPAY01 to accommodate one time vendor, regular vendor details and Profitability Analysis .Imparted Training and developed Documentation of the configuration and User guide.
Developed overall architecture of B2C and B2B e-Commerce web sites. This involved drawing architectural diagrams; defining standards for system / network security and configuration; developing strategies for load balancing and server selection; creating procedures for change management and quality assurance; and developing / maintaining appropriate documentation
