- Administration of Lotus Notes/Domino Servers, including server set up, daily maintenance troubleshooting and backup. The Domino servers are running as HTTP server as well as database and Email server, with SQL server running as storage backend.
- Performed development work in Notes using LotusScript and Java codes, and created Notes templates and Notes Agents using codes of Notes formula, LotusScript, Java and Notes security control. Developed, implemented and maintained Notes/Domino using client and web technologies, Notes formula, LotusScript, HTML, JavaScript, and DHTML. Created script for notes embedded object to launch an MSWord template and populate with values from a notes document. Utilized OLE custom controls to embed in the forms. Created design specifications and change request for applications. Ensured validation process is completed for new and/or modified databases. Converted MSAccess databases to Lotus Notes. Assisted SQL developers with code functionality to add notes applications on the employee portal
- Customized mail template, analyzed mail template document deletion security. Performed upgrade of an automated Notes user registration system so Notes ID’s could be downloaded from the web and trigger data could be processed from an additional source (used Lotus Domino Connectors to access SQL data; also developed a logging database)
- Performed QA and code test, to help development team to do QA test before deployment of Notes and J2EE codes. Put codes into test environment, to test and debug, and made modifications as required, and finally put the codes into production line. Used testing tools and also developed in house tools to test the performance and make sure the code complies with customer or design requirements. - Providing services as the Internet and Intranet Portal Support (Web Developer) and systems coordinator. Providing database development support and interactive web page programming and user support. Providing services as primary web developer in support of a military engineering, design and construction organization in conjunction with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Intranet Management and Maintenance Organization. Performing full development and publishing privileges using Oracle Portal technology, Microsoft (MS) FrontPage, Cold Fusion, Active Server Pages and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). This position also requires having knowledge of engineering design and construction skills associated with a facilities engineering organization, engineering functional competencies, interrelationships between business/support lines in an engineering organization, and knowledge of awards programs (e.g., facilities design awards). The position requires being able to integrate engineering and architectural skill sets into a web-based engineering network. This position requires coordinating forums, conferences and interaction with content managers and support to users.
- Providing services as Information Technology Specialist. Responsibilities include data base administration, help desk support, system operational maintenance and training support on the DOD Standard Procurement System (SPS) for the acquisition business line at NAVFAC Washington.
- Provided Contract Technical Representative (CTR) support to Navy Marine Core Internet (NMCI). Managed NMCI orders on Network Enterprise Systems (NET) execute user requirements through Service Request Management (SRM); collaborate on construction project for IT support requirements. Provided technical support required for the management of MAXIMO as Database Administrator for Regional Transportation.
- Providing Public Affairs/Communications office support to assist in communicating mission-essential information to its workforce, clients, news media and business and industry. Develop and maintain webpage on NAVFAC’s public and private websites and placing content on NAVFAC’s public and private website with direction from NAVFAC Headquarters program offices and Public Affairs office.

Description: |
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division utilizes a unique set of interfaces and web enabled applications referred to as the Carderock Local Business System (CLBS). The CLBS support division wide technical, administrative, supply, financial, personnel, industrial and facilities operations in business analysis and decision support. The CLBS is under the cognizance of the Business system branch (code 3430) of the information technology division (Code 34) the centralized CLBS exchange data and information with distributed-user maintained system at NSWCCD as well as external DoD and Navy Standard System. A principle component system is the interface between the CLBS and Defense Industrial Management Financial System (DIMFS). These applications are a web based in the nature with few exception of using client server based technology.
- Code 34 has established a Data Warehouse for the storage, archival, distribution of financial information in the form of Corporate Data Base. CLBS is generally deployed as front end with interface to provide data with corporate data base. The applications are hosted on HP and dell servers running Oracle products, the CLBS is accessed via NMCI, IBM compatible PCs. The CLBS are implemented in software applications such as Microsoft access, SQL server, Java, PHP, ASP, HTML, Oracle Jdeveloper and JavaScript to support planning and management actions involving Technical projects, payroll, finance, personnel, budget, material accounting, security, supply, industrial and facilities. The web deployment of this application is currently feasible given the technology in place at NSWCCD. The use of Oracle 9iAS and Oracle 9i database server provides the capability to web deploy the application tools; Java PHP being the target. Cosmic has provided three key personnel to perform above task orders as sub to GDIT on Seaport contract.
Task Order # 1-Enterprise Share point Integration and migration from Lotus Notes
- Technical lead and subject matter expertise on SharePoint 2007 and SQL server.
- Advise on design architecture or SharePoint environment, tree structure for multi-SharePoint environment.
- Database design, trouble-shoot problems with SQL server. Establish interconnectivity between SharePoint and SQL Server.

Task Order # 4- Configuration Management in Passive Counter Measure Systems ( PCMS)
Cosmic Software is a subject matter expert in Configuration Management in which stealth technology related work called Passive Counter Measure Systems ( PCMS) is undertaken on DDG 51 , CG 47 and FFG 7 class of ships. The SOW involves coordinating ship-wide PCMS preventive and corrective maintenance schedule. Every material that goes onboard is accounted for in accordance with Key Plans (KP) and matches with the Equipment Guide List (EGL). This helps the ship builder coordinate distribution and updating of Planned Maintenance System (PMS). Cosmic manages materials including ship specific PCMS key plans drawings and EGLs for PMS inspections, serve as single point of contact for Quality Assurance of PCMS related Current Ship's Maintenance Project (CSMP) entries, review all topside configuration changes to ensure Radar Cross Section reduction has been considered. Providing detailed drawings of equipments and PCMS Training Binder. Work up examples of KP/EGL Review (Using FFG38 & DDG75) and revision of SPQ-9B. Cosmic also draws PCMS & Non-PCMS Ships CG VLS Detail drawing, reviews all of KP/EGL of DDG 86. Prepare and distribute PMS inspection key plans and EGLs to appropriate work centers. Submit required updates/corrections/additions to ship specific key plans drawings to local Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) for respective PCMS supervisor's attention. Revised SEI Antenna Detail Drawing and completed Gray-out of FFG. Cosmic maintains a very complex excel spreadsheet with pictures of every class of ships to pin point where a particular material has been used onboard.

USMITC provides full life cycle management support for information systems and services for the AMEDD, The Military Health Systems and other govt. clients. USAMITC products and services covers the full spectrum life cycle capabilities from needs assessment to acquisition and development through operation and sustainment.
Cosmic has been awarded a 5 years prime contract to provide 6 Lotus Notes/Domino administrator/developers to USAMITC at Fort Sam Houston. Cosmic employees are supporting the government and its staff with total project non-personnel services support which includes technical support, sustainment, architecture, deployment, security, testing of the Army Medical Department.

Cosmic is providing on-site logistics support and related support services including material and service acquisition administration support for operations and maintenance at the ARD. Following support is provided :
- Identify suppliers, prepare specifications and requisition ordering documents (ILSMIS or via Contract PO requests) for material procurement in accordance with NSWC, ARD and/or company procedures / policies assist in preparing pre-acquisition Statements of Work (SOW)
